Yes, you can access Reppo Assistant from anywhere globally! Note that our Assistants communicate primarily in English (unless you have a bilingual Assistant). If you need assistance in another language, please contact our sales team.
You can assign as many tasks as you need within the allotted daily hours. The speed at which your Assistant completes these tasks will depend on factors like the nature of the work, its complexity, and the current workload.
While 24/7 coverage is available, it is not our standard offering. Typically, Assistants are available 4 or 8 hours a day, five days a week. Clients can choose their preferred time block, which must be continuous. For other coverage options (8/7, 16/5, 16/7, 24/5, 24/7), please reach out to us.
